The Passion for Pizza

I got into the pizza business 13 years ago during a summer job while going to high school and throughout my college years. After graduating from Arizona State University, I decided I wanted to pursue my own pizza business. I had the opportunity to do so and spent nine months working beside mechanic, Chuck Hilton, to build my truck from the ground up. My truck is a 1948 international Harvester that we completely restored and rebuilt. The truck has all of its original parts except for the brick pizza oven which is from Italy.

Making pizza has become an art. Every pizza is made individually and new haven style with local farm fresh ingredients. My love for pizza will never stop growing. The best part of my journey has been meeting new people and watching them enjoy my pizza. With the help of my clients and customers continued support and accolades, my business is thriving and 5 years strong. I have not only had the opportunity to meet great people, but have also been able to give back to the community through sponsoring charities and other events.
